Lexilogio is a free, non-commercial language learning service, offered as-is by a private individual. By using it you agree to these short terms.
Lexilogio is provided free of charge, without warranty of any kind. It may change, break, or be discontinued at any time, though reasonable care is taken to keep it running and to preserve your data. Voluntary donations grant no additional rights.
Cards you create remain yours. If you submit a card to the community pool, you grant Lexilogio a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to review, edit, display, and redistribute it to other users within the service. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share, or that is offensive or unlawful — such content may be removed and repeat abuse may lead to account termination.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use automated tools to scrape or flood it. Accounts used for abuse may be removed.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Card content is provided for learning purposes without guarantee of accuracy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
